The Harbor Bay Business Park is part of the master-planned Harbor Bay Isle development that when completed will contain up to 3,200 units of homes, the Harbor Bay Landing Shopping Center and Community Center, the Harbor Bay Club athletic complex, two public elementary schools, a Shoreline Park around the outer perimeter of Bay Farm Island, two interior public parks, a system of interior lagoons and off-road pathways, and the approximately 325 acre Business Park. Bay Farm Island also includes another 2,000 homes, additional park land, the 36 holes Chuck Corica Golf Complex, and additional commercial facilities.
Today, the Harbor Bay Business Park covers nearly 325 acres and is home to more than 100 companies. These companies are engaged in technology research, development, support, software and hardware, professional sports, business services, engineering, telecommunications and biotechnology. The Business Park also includes several hotels, restaurants and private schools.
AC Transit provides local bus service in addition to express commuter “Transbay” service to the Transbay Terminal in Downtown San Francisco. The Alameda Harbor Bay Ferry Service provides commuter service to and from the San Francisco Ferry Building.
